砂溫調節器

用途及特點:

 用途: 主要用于樹脂砂的溫度調節。特點:

 ●砂子入口與散熱管之間設有篩網，防止雜物進入熱交換器?！癫捎缅e排散熱管的熱交換形式，使砂子在曲折的下行過程中不斷改變位置，保證砂子充分散熱。設計較慢的下行速度，砂子自上而下緩慢移動，不但有利于熱交換，而且對散熱磨損小，延長使用壽命。

 ●采用逆流式的熱交換形式，水流方向為下進上出，與砂流方 向相反。

 ●散熱管帶高頻連續環焊翅片，熱交換面積大，熱傳導效果好。

 配置溫控系統全自動操作，當出砂溫度超過設定溫度時，自動關閉出砂閘門，并啟動水循環系統。配有料位檢測控制裝置，保持砂溫調節器內部的熱交換器始終被砂子埋住。
